Description
This includes e-file of one document in state court only. This includes the eservice provider base fee of no more than $15.00. This does not include advancement of any court fees. All court fees must be paid before filing is submitted. This does not include first paper filing fees. We will pay the first paper filing for you after you have submitted payment of the applicable fee but we cannot submit the filing until all first paper filing fees for all parties represented have been paid.
