Once we receive full payment for your services, you will receive a link to our “Customized Information Questionnaire.” Complete (all) of the required information and (submit) the “Customized Information Questionnaire”.
If the court requires that your divorce documents are e-Filed with the court and you have requested that we e-File for you, within 24 – 48 hours of receipt of your completed “Customized Information Questionnaire”, we will email your documents to you with instructions for you to sign the divorce petition and email the signed signature page back to us. Thereafter within 24 hours of receipt of your completed “Customized Information Questionnaire”, we will e-File your documents with the court. Upon receipt of the conformed copies from the court, we will email a copy of your e-Filed divorce documents to you with a listing of next steps. If you provided accurate information in your Pre-Application, you will receive all documents needed to conclude a “SIMPLE UNCONTESTED DIVORCE”. This is the only service that we provide. We cannot assist you with any other type of divorce filing. Once you receive your documents, this will end our services. If you would like us to e-File subsequent documents or perform subsequent additional services, you will need to order those subsequent services separately.
